About Toman Engineering Company

Toman Engineering Company has been providing civil engineering and land surveying services to cities, counties, water resource districts, government entities, private companies and individuals since its founding. Toman Engineering Company is currently serving as the City Engineer for several communities and provides services to other municipalities as requested.

Our staff has the expertise to take a project from start to finish, completing it in a timely manner and according to the budget provided. This includes but is not limited to: cost estimates, project development, design, site plans, highways, streets and parking lots, plan and specification preparation, project bidding, preparation of easements and rights-of-way, construction staking, inspection, water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer design, reports, studies, public meetings, and contract administration.
