NOTICE: STREET CONSTRUCTION - ACCESS UPDATE EFFECTIVE 8/4/26


The City of Mandan has street construction occurring on 1st Street in front of Toman Engineering. Parking in front of our building on the North side is NOT available at this time.


Parking  is available for visitors in our employee parking lot on the South side of our building and on public on-street parking to the East on 1st St NW and 4th Ave NW

(outlined in yellow on the map below).


There is currently NO SIDEWALK to our front door (north side of building). You can access through our employee entrance in the alley - please call 701-663-6483 upon arrival.
